HCAF 2016 Annual Conference: Know Before You Go

Find me on:

Before I tell you about the conference, I want to give you a true, “know before you go” tip. The Renaissance Orlando is fantastic beyond just visiting the tourist sights. It has an incredible waterpark and splash pad as well as a poolside bar with some of the best “loaded waffle fries” you have ever indulged in (and potentially regretted eating later). The hotel rooms are spacious and they feel like a true getaway regardless of if you are attending solo or bringing the family. So what is my tip? Book an extra day and give yourself some time to soak in everything you have learned. You will not regret it.

While I applaud the location choice of HCAF, I want to be clear about my thoughts on this conference. I have been to HCAF’s Annual Conference for the past three years and while each year has been outstanding, this year is building more excitement than any of the previous conferences. They have a huge number of expert speakers who are tackling the most pressing topics including, sales and marketing, leadership, coding, value-based purchasing, and pre-claim education. It’s the right association, the right topics delivered at the right time. With all the regulatory uncertainty, you can be certain of one thing: This conference is posed to fully prepare you for all of it!

Scott Victory and I will be holding down booth #304 during the conference. Be sure to see us at the opening night reception where we can show you how we’ve helped agencies just like yours reach their marketing and census goals with PlayMaker CRM.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Topics: Sales Management, Home Care, Trade Shows
