The HCAF Winter Gathering: Know Before You Go

The HCAF Winter Gathering will be held at GALLERYone in Fort Lauderdale from January 11th-12th for certified agencies and from the 12th-13th for private duty agencies and nurse registries. This conference will offer opportunities for networking between Medicare-certified agencies and their private duty counterparts and shows HCAF’s commitment to the senior care spectrum.

Below I have outlined a few sessions that you will not want to miss.

 

1. Value-Based Purchasing and the Future of Home Health Care

Keynote by: Teresa Lee, Executive Director Alliance for Home Health Quality & Innovation

Outside of patient care, there is no higher priority for an agency owner or administrator than staying focused on the changing landscape of home health and homecare. Teresa will help us stay ahead of the curve by outlining key information we need to know about the value-based purchasing initiative and how to leverage the program for success.

 

2. Monitoring Quality Outcomes for the Future

Outcomes will determine the future for agencies in the years to come as the new conditions of participation require a level of quality that is much higher than many agencies are prepared for. 3. Get in Synch With The Psychological Journey of the Home Care Buyer
