NAHC 2016 Financial Management Conference & Expo: Know Before You Go

The Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada is the setting for the National Association of Home Health and Hospice’s Annual Financial Management Conference. This conference is distinctly focused on management, billing, and financial issues facing agencies today. Each year, this conference is very forward-thinking and arms the attendees with the knowledge they need to thrive in a changing healthcare and regulatory landscape.

The pre-conference this year seems particularly useful as it is crafted specifically for new agencies. New owners, CFOs, and administrators will learn from established home health and hospice leaders like Marcylle Combs from Foundation Management Services and Nick Seabrook from BlackTree Healthcare Consulting. Those new to this industry or positions dealing with financial issues will leave with an informed understanding of the ins and outs of their position.

The actual conference is much more future-focused. With programs like “Getting a Seat at the Integrated Health Care Table” and “The Ongoing Evolution of Palliative Care Models,” the association is making a solid effort to provide a glimpse into 2017 and beyond.
