The Northeast Home Health Leadership Summit’s 14th Annual conference will be at The Colonnade Hotel in Boston, MA this year and runs from January 19th -21st. This is a future-focused conference for executives looking to push their agencies to the next level by offering information and guidance in leadership and the changing face of home health.
Below I have outlined a few sessions that you will not want to miss.
1. Bottom Line or Punch Line? Is Your Customer Service Making You Money or A Laughing Stock?
Session by: Kent Rader, Former CPA and Hospital CFO
Kent Rader is known by many as “The World’s Cleanest Comedian and Speaker.” He has been keynote for many events and featured on a series of well-known talk shows and festivals. While I firmly believe that laughter is the best medicine, Kent brings with him a wealth of knowledge about the healthcare industry and can identify on the struggles many home health companies deal with everyday. He will set the tone for the entire conference and you do not want to miss him.
2. Successfully Navigating the Inevitable Changes in Health Care and What these Changes Mean to Every Agency in the Country
Session by: Robert Fazzi, PhD and Tim Ashe, MS, MBA, Fazzi Associates
Let’s face it; things are changing. With all the uncertainty surrounding our industry, we need the proverbial “light at the end of the tunnel.” Bob and Tim will help illuminate the inevitable changes that are coming and provide us with the steps we need to take to navigate those changes and come out ahead. I can personally guarantee that you will leave this session better prepared for the future than when you arrived.
3. Creating a Culture of Innovation
Session by: Angus Clark, Song Division
You happen to be reading the blog of a Trans-Siberian Orchestra fan and with us just coming out of the holidays, I cannot wait to meet Angus Clark. His work with both TSO and the Broadway hit “Rock of Ages” lends him the credibility required to run a session about songwriting. Angus will focus on the songwriting process as it relates to teamwork and relationship building. His expertise is sure to inspire a fresh outlook on team building for everyone who attends.
You will want to plan on coming out to the Colonnade at 5:00 PM for January 20th for the networking reception. It’s always great to meet new people and it will give you a chance to come see me and we can discuss your sales strategies for 2016. I will look forward to meeting you there!
