TAHC&H 47th Annual Meeting: Know Before You Go

Find me on:

This year’s TAHC&H conference is titled, “be inspired, get connected, shape your future.” It is a message that resonates today more than ever. With new regulations as well as the changes imposed by the IMPACT Act, agencies are looking for guidance and answers. Attendees will learn how to navigate these changes from experts in the field.

Regulations are weighing heavy on everyone, but there are a couple key sessions at this conference that could have a dramatic impact on your sales and marketing efforts. One is by Melanie Stover titled “How to Power up Your Agency, Your Income, and Your Sales Team!” While you may have heard others speak about trigger questions and messaging, Melanie brings a level of expertise to the session that you can only acquire by having repeated success in sales leadership.

“The World Has Changed: Word-of-Mouth Went Viral (and Nobody Told the Home Care Industry),” by Roger McManus is another highly compelling session. Roger has worked in the customer feedback industry for some time and will demonstrate the value of managing and encouraging online reviews. This area has been weak for many agencies and in this session they will gain the tools they need to optimize their rankings and become the top search option on the key review sites.

Be sure to join me Wednesday, August 10th at 5:30 Pm for the President’s Reception in the Exhibit Hall. I will be at booth #115 and am ready to discuss the areas of your sales and marketing efforts that are working, while advising on the areas that need improvement. We can also dive into your market and I will give you a glimpse of the key referring physicians and facilities that are sending patients to you and your competitors.

I look forward to seeing you there!
